Scene Study & Improvisation
We use iconic movie scenes and current screen favourites to jump into the world of screen acting and scene study. Our students learn to build powerful internal worlds and bring them to life through facial expressions, body language, pace and voice. In this practical and engaging class, you'll discover the secrets behind captivating on-screen performances and gain hands-on experience in acting with scenes from your favourite films.
Intuitive Acting
Intuitive Acting classes are designed to help young performers tap into their innate creativity and develop their unique voice. Through a variety of dynamic techniques and exercises, we empower our students to build confidence, develop their stage presence, and hone their craft.
Drawing on the methods and ideas of great practitioners such as Uta Hagen, Stella Adler, Stanislavski, and Sanford Meisner, our classes focus on the fundamentals of body, voice, imagination, improvisation, external stimuli, and script analysis.

Our Indie Film Makers have a keen understanding of storytelling and know how to pull out creativity in every step of the process, from planning to post-production. With our guidance, young filmmakers can create new ways of visual storytelling, coordinate and execute their ideas, and ensure that the final edit and delivery reflects their vision.
In this class, your young director will get together with like-minded creatives to develop ongoing projects, grow in giving and receiving peer support, participate in film study, and collaborate on new work. From script development to final edit, we provide the tools and mentorship to help your child bring their unique vision to life on the big screen. Our screenwriting class is designed to help aspiring writers master the art and craft of screenwriting, and add their voice to the next generation of storytellers. In this class, writers will learn how to create compelling characters, craft engaging dialogue, and weave intricate storylines that keep viewers on the edge of their seats. They'll discover how to take their ideas from concept to production-ready, and explore various genres and styles to find their own unique voice as a writer.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through the entire screenwriting process, from brainstorming and outlining to writing and revising. Writers also have the opportunity to collaborate with other writers in a dynamic and supportive writing room environment, where they can exchange ideas, give and receive feedback, and gain valuable insights into the world of professional screenwriting.

Our Gold Diploma takes students aged 16+ on a profound journey into the professional realms of Filmmaking, Screenwriting, and Acting, offering a deeper understanding of the film, theatre, and TV industry.
Students can hone and further develop the skills and understanding they acquired earlier in the academy through immersive modules, hands-on experiences, and collaborative projects.
Throughout this two-year journey, students work towards the prestigious Gold Arts Award – a nationally recognised qualification that stands as a testament to leadership and creativity and provides valuable UCAS points, opening a world of opportunities for university applications. During this time, students have the exciting opportunity to double-major in two of the three subjects and create a comprehensive portfolio of their work whilst orchestrating a public arts event of their choice.
Our distinctive Post-16 Diploma is designed to engage students for 4 hours of class time each week, complemented by a further 3 hours of individual study time. This balance allows students to refine and internalise their knowledge and skills and work diligently on their portfolios. This perfect blend of guided instruction and personal exploration is structured to empower creativity and foster in-depth understanding, paving the way to mastery in Filmmaking, Screenwriting, and Acting.
